Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic shipments.
Special Handling for Accessories:
Certain accessories require air transport, which may take 10-15 business days for delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments and DHL or FedEx for international orders, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work towards a resolution.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damage to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed or shipped.
